- - It should be compatible with the rules and regimes of KSA including the Ministry of Information’ and Telecommunication Board’s systems and the other relevant institutions.
- - It should not be harmful to other users. It also should not be racist or based on religious discrimination, nor should it advocate violence or any dangerous actions.
- - It should not distort or damage the products or activities of other companies and institutions.
- The user will be fully responsible according to our rules to any damage or harassment done to anyone or any company by his message.
- As a website we are not responsible for the delay or lost of messages in these cases:-
- - Mistakes done by users such as: entering the wrong cell number.

- Messages fee is nonrefundable and the user must use the rest of his/her credit points.
- In case of any misuse of the above terms a warning from Resalty.Net management should be sent to the customer, in case of no cooperation he/she will be disconnected with no refund at all.
